Dan J. Boos, President and Managing Principal
Dan has acquired more than 25 years of consulting experience and is an industry recognized expert in the fields of leadership development and organizational change management. He has managed change transformation efforts and coached corporate executives on five continents and in more than a dozen countries. His responsibilities at Gorillas & Gazelles LLC include oversight of the firm’s strategy and operations. Dan’s holds degrees in education, social sciences and organizational development. He has won numerous industry awards and serves on many Boards of Directors. He formerly served in senior management with Ernst & Young LLP within its Management Consulting Group.

Adam Davenport, Business Development
Adam manages business development and networking efforts for the recruiting division at Gorillas & Gazelles LLC. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in marketing and entrepreneurship. Adam is the co-sponsor of the networking group, Networking 4 Success (N4S), and serves on the networking committee of EPIC—Toledo’s young professional organization. He is also a member of the Toledo Area Human Resource Association (TAHRA), Greater Toledo Area Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (GTAC-ASTD).

Kim Boos, Recruiting Services
Kim manages recruiting services at Gorillas & Gazelles LLC, also assisting in database and public relations management. She also serves as the Program Coordinator for the Entrepreneurial & Business Excellence Hall of Fame program. Kim has a successful track record as an entrepreneur with more than sixteen years of business experience. She has won numerous industry awards and is active in both community and church activities.

Gillian Harris , Consulting Intern
Gillian serves as Gorillas & Gazelles’ consulting intern while also assisting with the Entrepreneurial and Business Excellence Hall of Fame. Gillian is a senior at The University of Toledo with dual majors in Organizational Development and Entrepreneurship. She is the Vice President of Entrepreneurial Activities in the Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) organization. Since she has been at the University of Toledo, Gillian has been recognized for numerous scholar awards such as the President’s List, Outstanding Student Award, and was inducted into the Gold Nail Society. In addition to her studies, Gillian is a part-time tutor to international students who need assistance with their communication and English speaking skills. |
